After identifying the need for our organization to have an electronic mechanism to track and collect data, I researched key required data, drafted mock-ups, and worked with our Multimedia department and other vendors to create an online automated dashboard that records and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), analytics, and other return-on-investment (ROI) data.
