NGR 601-1 Re-write:
One of my biggest achievements as the ARNG's Marketing Director was the opportunity to be on a re-write panel charged with updating National Guard Regulation (NGR) 601-1. I was able to effect change by updating a lot of outdated marketing material. I was also to create additional job descriptions to accommodate the rapidly changing marketing landscape.
NCSA Decentralization:
During my time as Marketing Director, the ARNG Non-commercial Sustaining Announcement (NCSA) program. I was responsible for leading the nationwide decentralization and developing and implementing new ARNG policy regarding NCSA protocols to be used throughout the 54 States and Territories.
Stakeholder Communication:
I was responsible for engaging internal stakeholders (Marketing Advisement Council [MAC], Marketing Managers, Chain of Command, Branch Chief, Division Chief) in the ongoing engagement of the military marketing industry. I held monthly and quarterly meetings to keep the 54 States and Territories engaged and informed, which provided better 2-way communication and marketing support.

Contract Oversight:
One of my most important accomplishments as Marketing Director was being a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for government contracts, attending the U.S. Army's Operational Contracting Support Course, and becoming a certified 3C DoD contracting specialist. This allowed me to ensure government compliance throughout the marketing branch's contracts and provide updated and viable training to marketing managers nationwide to ensure there was compliance on the state-level as well.
