Upon arriving at the MMAA, I discovered that there was no Marketing Communications plan in place. Recognizing the critical role of effective communication in achieving organizational goals, I began crafting a comprehensive strategy from scratch. Drawing upon my background in marketing and communication, I conducted scholarly research to understand industry best practices, consumer behavior trends, and competitor strategies. Armed with this knowledge, I developed and implemented an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan tailored to our organization's unique needs and objectives. By integrating various communication channels such as advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and digital media, I ensured a cohesive and synchronized approach to conveying our brand message to our target audience. This strategic endeavor established a solid foundation for our marketing efforts and fostered greater brand awareness and engagement within our market niche.
I have worked in marketing with Charles David in some capacity for the last five years as a member of the Army National Guard Marketing Team. Charles' experience as a Marketing Non-Commissioned Officer for the State of Colorado as well as his time overseeing multiple programs as a member of the National Guard Bureau Marketing Team has given him a wealth of knowledge which he has combined by with working towards his doctorate in the same field. 
His greatest strengths are his vision and his drive to innovate marketing strategies that appeal to contemporary and wide demographics. Charles’ retirement will be a loss to our marketing team, but without a doubt, he is poised and ready to transition to the private sector and any team that picks him up shall consider themselves lucky.
